Mindfulness Cruise
Experience the calming effect of the river with a blend of a summers evening and nature. Glide along the beautiful River Great Ouse, surrounded by stunning landscapes and enjoy the ambience of the surroundings. Enjoy contemplation, poetry and meditation with Dee, Mindfulness Coach. If we are lucky we may even experience a sunset!
Trips start from the quay in St Ives. We set off up the River Great Ouse passing through St Ives Bridge, exploring the river and local backwaters enjoying the last of the day.
