Departing from the quay in St Ives at 6am, this peaceful cruise takes you upstream along the River Great Ouse as the dawn chorus starts to sing.

With a local guide on board, we will look out for, listen and identify early-morning birdlife whist gliding silently through this beautiful stretch of river.

Travelling through Hemingford Lock towards Hemingford Abbots, you’ll enjoy the calm of the morning, watch the dawn break and enjoy the soft morning light and abundant wildlife. Wrap up warm, don't forget your binoculars and cameras to capture what we see before returning to St Ives—just in time for breakfast.
